A lot of us continue to struggle with this defeating battle against fat. It doesn’t matter how much we try we still don’t lose the extra weight. For some it is genetic. They are fat by hereditary reasons. Some people seem to have a different gene .They can eat anything and everything without putting on weight.

One could also try out green tea weight loss by having about five cups of green tea instead of the normal tea that you have regularly. Some advise that drinking five cups of green tea every day will burn up to 80 calories.

A pound of fat is equivalent to some 3500 calories. If you lose 70-80 calories a day, you could shed a pound of fat in about a month and a half. In order to lose weight you must maintain a habit of making healthy food choices and getting regular exercise. It is a way of life you have to adopt rather than just going on a diet for a few days and then getting back to old habits.
