The mental potentials of each person plus their physical capability will reach its highest peak. The participants will be staying in a cabin or a dormitory kind of situation or in some cases a tent. The weekend package will include a full assessment of your fitness level, good food and lots of water, a Brisbane bootcamp workouts t-shirt, all the training sessions and full access to the equipment plus when you have successfully completed the boot camp weekend you receive a Certificate. Dinghies will be available for hire as well.
